Refund Policy

14-Day Post-Trial Refund Guarantee

We're confident that GrowthCues will provide value to your business.  If you are not completely satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial monthly subscription, you're eligible for a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

- New monthly subscriptions only: This refund policy applies only to your first monthly billing cycle following your free trial period. Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds.
- Time limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the start of your paid monthly subscription.
- Terms of Service: Your use of GrowthCues must be in compliance with our Terms of Service.
Violations of these terms may void your eligibility for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact Support: Email our customer support at support@growthcues.com and include the following information:
   - Your name
   - Your GrowthCues account email
   - Reason for your refund request
2. Processing: We'll review your request promptly. Approved refunds will be processed via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Card refunds typically take 3-5 working days to credit back into the customer’s account.

Limitations

- This refund policy applies only to monthly subscriptions. Annual subscriptions may be subject to a different refund policy.
- If you have significantly exceeded standard usage limits during the 14-day period, we reserve the right to review your refund request on a case-by-case basis.
